Map of the low-density territories

Map of mainland Portugal. The 165 low-density municipalities, in dark blue, cover almost all of the interior and the Alentejo; 73 further parishes, in light blue, sit in municipalities near the coast.

Almost all of Portugal's interior is low-density. Every Cascais Ventures project is located in one of these territories, which is why the donation is €200,000.

For the purposes of the preceding Article, the beneficiary territorial areas are those identified in the annex to this portaria, of which it forms an integral part.

What it means for you. The annex lists the inland territories. Under the Immigration Act, the 20% reduction may apply where the activity takes place in these territories with fewer than 100 inhabitants per km² or GDP per head below 75% of the national average; every project we offer meets this, which is why €200,000 is the amount.
